$190 per camper if you register before 4:00 pm on May 21*
Late registration: $225 per camper until 4:00 pm on June 4**
 
*No t-shirt changes can be made after 4:00 pm on May 21.
**Daniel Springs t-shirt not included for late registrants.

NOTE: Shirt size is required with registration; this will be for Daniel Springs camp t-shirts. Girls Discipleship Retreat shirts cost extra (see t-shirt order form below, under Retreat T-shirt).

ACTIVITY SIGN-UP

We have fun and engaging breakout sessions planned for you! To give our session leaders accurate headcounts, complete and send the sign-up form in the Counselor Packet by May 15th. See instructions on form. We need one form submitted per church group.

PROJECT FUNDRAISING AT RETREAT: Officer Competition, Grab Bags and the officers have challenged each girl or each GMA group to decorate a watering can based on the camp theme and fill it with money! Be creative! Enlist your church to help fill it with loose change for the National Project! These items will be judged at retreat!
 
For the silent auction this year, we are asking GMA groups to create a “gift basket” filled with goodies. The basket can be themed such as a “movie basket” or “spa basket” and it can be big or small! Have fun with it!
 
PROJECT NOMINATIONS: Please pray about our 2025-2026 National GMA Project! If you have a nomination, please submit it by 1:00pm Wednesday to Mrs. Lane Flynt. Each nomination should be signed by a counselor and should include the name of the church and the cabin number.

RETREAT T-SHIRT

 
T-Shirts will be sold for $15.00 . They will be heather gray with the camp theme on the back and ‘ambassador’ on the front. Sweatshirts are also available to order for $20.00. Order forms are attached toward the end of the counselor packet found here and will be due May 15th. Send order forms to:
